Mac Tíre is a song off of the album Drawing Lines by Eth Eonel. It was written in 1989 with the title Ax-sol in Eth Eonel's make believe celtic language. Mac Tíre is Irish Gaelic and literally means "son of land", but is used as the word for "wolf". In 1989 Eth Eonel used "Jak-Ulv" as a sort of artist name, it translates "yak wolf". It seemed fitting he would have a song about the wolf. The song was demoed and lyrics rewritten in March 2010.

Lyrics

Bhíomar ag feitheamh ort, mac na tíre
Caillte le fada
D'áirigh an úir uaithi tú, mac na tíre
Ón lá a d'fhág tú
Tá an féar ag glaoch do t-ainm
Tá an ghrian ag taitneamh, tú a fhail

Cá bhfuil tú, mac tíre?
